Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency Reconciliations will be responsible for the oversight of reconciling all assigned accounts accurately and efficiently within relevant deadlines, ensuring queries are answered in line with department procedures, managing work queues and completing tasks within deadlines, attending team meetings, supporting the team in monitoring mailboxes, consulting with other TA partners to monitor and resolve reconciliation entries and queries, supporting the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements, fulfilling additional relevant tasks, participating in client visit meetings, taking part in project-related work, maintaining a close working relationship with other areas of TA and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to all Northern Trust policies, procedures, and controls.
