Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to provide analytics support, manage supply chain performance, and leverage AI, predictive analytics, and real-time data for decision-making
  • Experience in supply chain management, including inventory ordering, flow management, and achieving high availability with improved inventory turns
  • Ability to manage supplier performance on fill rate and on-time delivery
  • Proficiency in producing reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and presenting findings to business partners and leadership
  • Capability to lead meetings and projects with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Merchandising, eCommerce)
  • Knowledge of supply chain channel management analysis framework with emphasis on objectivity, accuracy, and critical thinking
  • Skills in process improvement, cost reduction, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, and enhancing product flow and on-shelf availability

Responsibilities

  • Manage Omni operations within a Business Unit for assigned categories/departments
  • Oversee ordering and flow of inventory to maximize sales, maintain high availability, improve inventory turns, and control inventory levels
  • Manage supplier performance metrics including fill rate and on-time delivery
  • Present findings and lead meetings with project leads in Supply Chain, Merchandising, and eCommerce
  • Lead production of reporting and ad-hoc analysis for business partners and leadership
  • Apply and improve supply chain channel management analysis framework
  • Provide technical and analytical support to various teams
  • Contribute to/lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs, inventory levels, supply chain lead times, and improve product flow/on-shelf availability
  • Support systematic process development and strengthen relationships with internal/external partners
  • Leverage AI, predictive analytics, and real-time data to support decision-making and customer experience
  • Demonstrate leadership expectations: respect individuals, act with integrity, serve customers, and foster a positive culture
