Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • Excel and data analysis experience
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity
  • Experience working with partners and teammates across different time zones and cultures
  • Strong understanding of Intellectual Property and Rights Ownership and managing related concerns and/or claims (Brand Portal familiarity is a plus)
  • Experience with content review/moderation
  • Proactive, “get things done” mindset and a collaborative “can do” attitude
  • Related experience in security, investigations, operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with eCommerce, retail and customer service, compliance, or content review/moderation (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels (preferred)
  • Resourceful and intellectually curious mentality, not afraid to dig into issues or projects (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Experience leveraging SQL and BigQuery to streamline data workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights (preferred)
  • Familiar and comfortable working in gray areas or dealing with offensive content (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Site Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor the site to ensure all items comply with established policies, rules, and guidelines
  • Escalation Triage & Action: Triage escalations by reviewing items and listings, taking appropriate action on products, and providing feedback to improve rules, tools, or processes
  • Risk Analysis & Investigation: Review and investigate item reports for gaps, trends, or emerging risks, including analysis of internal data, external sites, news, and supporting machine learning model annotations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Compliance, Business, Legal and Corporate Affairs leadership to assess, prioritize, and resolve high-impact item escalations efficiently
  • Process Support & Documentation: Support process documentation, generate reports, and coordinate the implementation of new item risk initiatives, processes, or workflows
  • Workflow Optimization: Utilize enterprise tools and data resources to streamline workflows, enhance monitoring, and improve decision-making efficiency
  • Performance & Communication: Deliver against KPIs, maintain high standards of execution, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and invest in continuous self-development
