Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution by organizing stakeholders, developing schedules/logistics, prioritizing issues, motivating experts, defining rules/reporting, monitoring progress, leading meetings, escalating issues, tracking budgets, and delivering presentations/reports
  • Provide leadership by improving processes, coordinating project reports, guiding associates, removing roadblocks, and ensuring accountability
  • Solve customer/business problems through data analysis, trend analyses, issue resolution, leading war rooms, and identifying recurring issues
  • Engage in professional development by completing training, mentoring, suggesting training, and ensuring personal training plans
  • Plan data/hardware/telephony projects by defining parameters, coordinating installations, developing risk docs, identifying goals/risks, creating documents of understanding, organizing teams, and constructing work breakdown structures
  • Oversee projects by team members through inspections, status discussions, escalations, identifying at-risk projects, suggesting methodologies, resolving issues, assisting presentations, and mentoring
  • Oversee hardware inventory by managing stock/third-party inventory, ordering materials, creating quote requests, evaluating bids, preparing contracts/docs, generating POs, reviewing invoices, assessing stock levels, and implementing improvements/liquidations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by pilot testing, identifying errors/improvements, documenting corrections/acceptance, auditing installations, and issuing final reports
