Responsibilities

  • Monitors and maintains accuracy of Universal Product Code (UPC) item file by checking proper item flags
  • Researches government policy and collaborates with various groups (e.g., Tax Department, Legal, Buying Teams, Club Operations, external agencies) for item clarification
  • Develops processes to ensure item flags are set properly
  • Supports Item File Systems Administrator by providing guidance to the Item File team and ensuring accuracy of item file attributes
  • Applies expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans, providing advice and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Implements business solutions by building stakeholder relationships, identifying needs, determining processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes
  • Models compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; uses Open Door Policy
