Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering/FP&A, working in a cross-functional team environment, ideally within a multinational corporation
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining financial models and dashboards, ideally using BI tools
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical skills and business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or other related areas or an MBA with a focus on Finance
  • Professional accounting/finance qualification such as CPA, AICPA, ACCA or similar, with at least 3+ years of post-qualified experience
  • Excellent verbal and business written skills in both English and Korean
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter attitude, quick to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment, while being well-organized

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day Finance support to the KR/JP local functional teams and contribute to APAC regional level management reporting and ad-hoc requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Involvement in the annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes, collaborating with local functional teams to generate accurate estimates
  • Work on a routine rhythm of business updates including weekly revenue pacing to track business performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics, financial dashboards, and reports for planning and monitoring purposes, including monthly reporting decks for local and regional management and GTM teams
  • Conduct financial impact analyses and prepare ad-hoc business cases to support decision-making
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Collaborate with global teams as part of the APAC FP&A team to align regional metrics, goals, and business reviews
  • Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting processes; serve as the finance partner for local management and GTM teams; assist with business reviews, manage operational risks and costs, and support growth initiatives; foster partnerships with regional and global finance stakeholders to execute and deliver results within timelines
