Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, finance, or economics, with an MBA and/or CFA designation being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or consulting roles is required, involving multiple modeling, analysis, and investment decision advisory responsibilities. A passion for the gaming industry is a plus, and candidates should demonstrate an "always forecasting" mentality, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
The Senior Analyst will perform financial analysis and provide insights on the performance of titles within the SBG portfolio. This includes building, developing, and updating financial P&L models for titles and projects, and collaborating across the organization to offer financial analysis support, insights, and scenario planning for decision-making processes. The role involves adhering to financial modeling standards for SBG titles and IPs to ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and insightful analysis, as well as supporting business development, commercial opportunities, and optimization projects through financial modeling and scenario planning. Additionally, the analyst will assist with consolidated financial planning, analysis of title P&Ls during planning cycles, and the preparation of management information and presentations by providing financial data and insights.
