  • Knowledge to support Sales Force Effectiveness, Conversion, pull-through assessments, and best practices
  • Ability to create customer-based insights and analytics in response to Platform/Business Unit requests
  • Capacity to establish and maintain critical internal relationships across functions and partners

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Area, Regional, Territory, and account-level insights to aligned Field Sales Area
  • Support design and implementation of business planning tools, analysis, and insights reporting for sales execution, business reporting, sales force effectiveness, and productivity
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights to commercial organization Senior Leadership by establishing efficient processes and resolving issues
  • Provide action-oriented insights to Field Sales Area Leadership team in partnership with other functions and present recommendations
  • Support Sales Force Effectiveness, Conversion, pull-through assessments, and best practices in the Field Sales Area
  • Answer Platform/Business Unit requests by creating customer-based insights and analytics
  • Deliver Customer Insights as part of JJMT Surgery / Ethicon “data & insights ecosystem” to scale and operationalize insights sharing and actioning, progressing to proactive and predictive insights
  • Partner with Data Science and Solutions, IT, Customer Solutions, and other teams to identify opportunities for insights
