Requirements

Demonstrated experience with vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, SCCM, Microsoft Intune Admin Center)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune
A passion for continuous improvement, customer experience, and operational excellence
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and openness to feedback
An eagerness to learn new technologies and stay current with evolving industry trends
The ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve service, efficiency, and effectiveness

Responsibilities

Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less technical experience
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate weaknesses within the organization’s IT infrastructure
Support patch management and the deployment of updates for desktops, laptops, servers, and applications
Drive continuous improvement through the timely deployment of patches for Windows and third-party applications
Enhance user experience by resolving technical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement
Stay informed on emerging vulnerabilities and provide proactive remediation recommendations
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes that elevate customer satisfaction and contribute to Pall’s long-term success
Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed
Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security are consistently met
