Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing quick and courteous assistance
  • Resolve routine software and hardware issues for internal users
  • Configure, test, and deploy computer and mobile equipment/applications
  • Support and train users on Microsoft Office 365 and virtual desktops (VDI)
  • Manage hardware, virtual images, and asset inventory
  • Support access management (Active Directory)
  • Document interventions and contribute to the IT knowledge base
  • Ensure compliance with IT processes (change, incident, problem, request, configuration management)
  • Promote products and support application users
  • Participate in integration projects (configuration, testing, deployment)
  • Analyze user-submitted problems and recommend system improvements
  • Actively contribute to cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives
