Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT administration roles. A basic understanding of computer security concepts like Identity & Access Management, Network Security, and Application Security is necessary. Prior experience in Incident Management and familiarity with security tools and frameworks such as SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners are required. Experience with Attack Surface Management, including Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence Analysis and Mitigation, and Executive and Domain Monitoring, is also needed. Experience with Penetration testing and Security Automation platforms and technologies is a plus, and relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Certified Ethical Hacker are preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
The Senior Analyst will work in a global 24x7 Cybersecurity Operation Center, performing real-time alert monitoring and responding to the ticket management queue. They will provide Incident Response support, conduct threat and vulnerability analysis with recommendations, and analyze and respond to software and hardware vulnerabilities. Responsibilities include leading the design and execution of cyber threat intelligence, penetration tests, phishing exercises, and security audits. The analyst will review threat intelligence sources, take actions to mitigate threats, and support the creation and delivery of security awareness training programs. They will perform and report on daily SOC compliance operations and health monitoring systems, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, and help create automation use cases. Participation in security projects, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to the Code of Business Conduct and company policies are also key duties. The role involves participating in shift handover meetings, weekly reporting meetings, and monthly performance analysis meetings.
