Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of approximately 2 audit/compliance professionals to perform execution of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements for related business segments (Enterprise, Retail, Pharmacy Shared Services, SOC 1, IT and Health Care Benefits)
  • Promote collaboration with business partners, external auditors, and management
  • Assist with the annual planning process and supervise the execution of SOX testing
  • Continually evaluate and recommend operational and process improvements to financial compliance processes
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s key control structure
  • Collaborate on cross-functional project teams providing value in support of CVS Health achieving its transformational goals
