Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, FMCG, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of product offerings aligned with business goals and global priorities
  • Apply understanding of global product and client business drivers and how own team integrates with others
  • Manage updates to master characteristic lists with Product enhancements
  • Solve problems considering common practices and procedures
  • Determine appropriate actions by analyzing situations and applying judgment within defined guidelines
  • Conduct investigation and triage into solution performance and resolve inquiries and tickets that require specialized knowledge of market and solution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery in coordination with global enhancement calendars
  • Explain factual and sometimes complex information to others in a clear and concise manner through dialog and through supporting materials
  • Contribute to product initiatives that impact the immediate team and related work streams
  • Ensure alignment with departmental objectives and standards
