Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good knowledge of compensation principles and practices
  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working in Compensation specifically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering on established timelines
  • Exercise independent judgment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to understand and work within a complex matrix organization
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Preferred: Power BI knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Respond to compensation queries from stakeholders in a timely and insightful manner
  • Ensure a structured archiving of questions and answers
  • Identify query trends and potential resulting improvements to processes/guidelines
  • Support stakeholders with job evaluations
  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies into the organization
  • Assist in the development of compensation tools to support different compensation processes (e.g. grading, benchmarking)
  • Review operational processes and provide inputs for improvement
  • Assist in implementing new tools, systems and processes across specific parts of the business from a compensation perspective
  • Train stakeholders in the use of compensation tools and C&B processes
  • Support and analyze current local compensation practices and harmonize
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of compensation programs and ensuring excellence in their delivery
  • Prepare data submissions for salary surveys in our region
  • Keep track of survey data requirements and availability
  • Review survey matches / changes by survey providers
  • Maintain market pricing software setup for our regions and update benchmark data if required
  • Support annual merit process (system enhancements, testing, build)
  • Support annual bonus process (system enhancements, testing, build)
  • Support annual equity process (system enhancements, testing, build)
  • Maintain salary structures and geographic differentials
  • Work together with MyHR and other stakeholders to keep HRIS (WorkDay) up-to-date and aligned with compensation practices
  • Review and approve offers and other compensation requests
  • Maintain compensation grade profiles
  • Review data consistency and work with Data Governance to resolve
  • Create compensation data load files for systems team
  • Assist in providing high quality analytics
  • Participate in HR projects where compensation analyses are involved
  • Support Compensation Business Partners and provide expert solutions where reward is involved
  • Support job evaluation process
  • Other duties as assigned
