Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Management or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in business operations, planning, or a related area—preferably within a large, matrixed, and/or global organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency and confidence presenting to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work independently while also building and maintaining strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Track record of ownership in process management, coordination, and operational issue resolution
  • Experienced in planning and coordination, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives under tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail, with advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, uncover trends, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex or non-standard challenges
  • Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the flexibility to shift priorities as business needs evolve
  • Technical Proficiency: Data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and reporting using MS Excel

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance our key backend platforms
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure shared ownership and strategic direction
  • Facilitate workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, translating them into world class processes and technology enablers
  • Author business process flows for the current and future state to help visualize process improvements and roles and responsibilities
  • Work with Product Management to review and approve Epics and Features for the IT team to development and reviewing user stories as necessary
  • Support Business Owners to define Go-to-Market Strategy for global platforms in the ecosystem
  • Participate in demos of software enhancements – provide commentary and direction
  • Authoring Test Plans and Cases
  • Supporting business teams to execute test cases; reporting defects; re-testing
  • Support business approvals of software releases
  • Partner with the stakeholders to manage and innovate the Model Year Refresh process for international markets (outside the US and CA)
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for issues discovered within the platforms
  • Conduct root cause analysis of data rules to identify issues and collaborate with the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Proficient in using ticket management systems to document and track software issues
  • Re-test bugs after resolution to close the topic
  • Manage and contribute to Bug prioritization
  • Escalate to the appropriate leadership teams as applicable
  • Grow Data Governance capabilities within the team
