Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline (financial analysis, economic evaluation, planning)
Skills: Communication, Detail-Oriented, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Excel
Ability to determine own work priorities
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or proposed business operations
Provides analysis and evaluation of cost/expense problems and profit improvement opportunities within current business activities
Recommends changes in analysis and budgetary methods and procedures; analyzes the impact of various corporate projects and transactions
Analyzes and communicates weekly metrics, monthly results, quarterly, and annual projections
Performs and critiques economic evaluation justifications for capital expenditures
Provides financial analysis support to department managers
Participates in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary
Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience
Understands and applies Operating Principles; owns the customer experience; knows products/services; wins as a team; participates in Net Promoter System; drives results and growth; supports inclusion; does what's right for stakeholders
