Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior AI Research Scientist will conduct innovative research in various AI domains, including Large Language Models, Agentic AI, and Responsible AI, contributing to Vanguard’s strategic business goals and publishing findings at prominent AI/ML conferences. They will build industry-leading algorithms for LLM finetuning, Autonomous Agents, and Knowledge Graphs, applying these technologies to improve Vanguard client experiences. The role involves performing deep diagnostic and predictive analysis, creating alternative model approaches, designing and implementing data and machine learning solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, and translating requirements into analytical approaches to optimize processes and promote informed decision-making.
