Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on ML research, demonstrating expertise in ML model training and optimization, deep knowledge of language model fine-tuning, proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and strong programming skills in Python with an emphasis on efficient and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

As a Senior ML Researcher, you will lead ML Research and Development, driving the research, development, and optimization of machine learning models to solve real-world business problems; architect novel training and fine-tuning methodologies, particularly for Language Models (LLMs); evaluate model performance and innovation by developing techniques for assessing and enhancing model effectiveness; design systems that incorporate user and system feedback to iteratively improve model performance; collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and domain experts to translate business needs into research strategies; stay current on ML advancements and integrate cutting-edge practices; and mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and research-driven development.
