Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems, with deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI. Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data curation, training, deployment, and monitoring, is essential. A proven track record of shipping complex AI features such as recommendations, search, or machine translation is required, along with experience adapting or training foundation models for novel domains. Bonus points for experience building agents that can plan, reason, and use tools, knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities. They will prototype and productionize AI systems, including recommendations, natural language interfaces, and agentic workflows. Responsibilities also include developing and scaling AI/ML infrastructure for internal tooling and customer-facing features, and tackling novel UX problems at the intersection of AI, BI, and apps.
