Requirements

3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns
Experience with full-stack development and at least one high-level programming language (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.)
Knowledge of basic data structures, algorithms, and their associated time/memory complexities
Working understanding of LLMs and common patterns/techniques: prompt engineering, in-context learning, RAG, etc

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack components for various AI products using Python or C#, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Design and develop intuitive human-computer interfaces that make machine learning models accessible to all users
Conduct regular benchmarks, perform statistical analysis, and present findings to drive data-informed decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improvements to our AI platforms
Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation practices within the team
