Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role or similar
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Large ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of GL (General Ledger) Management
  • Knowledge of MEC (Month-End Close) processes
  • Knowledge of 401k administration
  • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts on-site, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant record-keeping
