Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for audit experience. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in systems and MS Office is required, and experience with Netsuite is considered an advantage. Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant II will participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of accounting and finance policies and procedures to support company growth. This role involves managing and ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements, and tax filings, including sales tax and franchise tax across multiple states. The position also supports internal reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc projects, and collaborates with external auditors.
