Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably some years of audit experience
- Background in accounting for financial services, fintech, banking, or an exchange strongly preferred
- Experienced with accounting for complex business entities especially a parent organization with multiple subsidiaries
- Collaborative, innovative, flexible, and adept at building relationships across the organization
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF
- Google and Microsoft suite proficiency required
- Embrace and uphold the team's culture of open-mindedness and a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Possess the capability and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing priorities with agility
Responsibilities
- Responsible for month end general accrual preparation, collaborate with AP team/FP&A team/treasury team on monthly accruals and accrual related system integrations
- Execute month-end close processes, including but not limited to journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliation and inter-company activity reconciliation
- Perform commission accruals and reconciliation processes, fostering collaboration with business group liaisons to ensure accurate commission reconciliations
- Conduct financial statement flux analysis at the entity level for subsidiary companies, including drafting trend analysis and variance analysis reports
- Responsible for the audit schedules preparation and ad hoc audit supports
- Work closely with FXN to drive system integrations and optimizations
