Strong portfolio with examples of illustration, concept art, and visual storytelling
Experience creating artwork for games, animation, comics, or entertainment IPs
Proficiency with Photoshop (or equivalent painting tools)
Demonstrated use of Gen-AI tools in your process, with clear artistic direction
High/Intermediate communication skills in English
Strong 2D fundamentals (composition, color, anatomy, lighting)
Comfortable using Gen-AI tools to sketch ideas, refine directions, or build references
Ability to control model quality, build custom prompts, use inpainting workflows, and combine Gen-AI results with traditional techniques (paintover, photobash, etc.)
Self-motivated team player who proactively seeks feedback, shares knowledge, and interacts with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, from junior developers to senior leadership
Transform GDDs into playable mobile games and define pipelines for development phases
Solve problems and obstacles efficiently during development
Iterate quickly on solutions to optimize gameplay and player experience (work fast, fail fast, correct fast)
Build and evolve workflows, including defining how and when to use Gen-AI, which tools to adopt, and ensuring output quality and consistency
Contribute across multiple areas of 2D art from early prototypes to polished production assets
