Responsibilities

  • Execute processes for incident management, change management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement for Identity services
  • Continuously monitor IAM authentication systems performance and health to ensure optimal operation
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent issues
  • Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to restore services quickly
  • Manage and maintain all components of IAM authentication systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with latest patches and security updates
  • Analyze system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements; implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports; provide regular status updates and reports to management
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, developers, stakeholders, Operation Manager, Service Leads, and Technical Leads to ensure seamless operations, resolve issues, implement changes, maintain compliance, address risks, and enhance IAM program
  • Assess current system capacity and plan for future growth
