Responsibilities

The Security IT Operations - AI Champion will spearhead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance security, collaborating with IT Operations teams to ensure seamless and secure IT operations. They will also serve as a key point of contact for escalating and resolving IT Operations issues, focusing on identifying and mitigating security risks, overseeing the identification, prioritization, testing, and deployment of patches and updates, and maintaining a proactive approach to vulnerability scanning and risk mitigation. Furthermore, this role will involve supporting the global standardization of IT operations, driving and supporting security projects, and promoting a security-first culture through advocacy and reporting on operational metrics.
