Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience. A proven track record in a cybersecurity operations role and hands-on experience with security tools in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments are required. A strong understanding of network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and data security principles is essential, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in English. Security+, CCNA Security, or cloud-related certifications are a plus.
The Cybersecurity Operations Engineer will maintain and optimize security tools and solutions to ensure peak performance and efficiency. They will collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve security-related issues and contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures. The role also involves staying updated on the latest security threats, trends, and methodologies, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
