Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. Proficiency in cloud security, including experience with GCP and Azure, is required, along with knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) concepts. Familiarity with security tools and technologies for threat detection and response, DevSecOps practices, and security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR is also necessary. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory, and certifications in cloud security are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Security Engineer will design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people by applying security skills to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Responsibilities include conducting regular security assessments and audits, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, designing and managing baseline security controls for cloud environments, and enforcing security policies using IaC and PaC principles. The role involves collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security measures into the DevSecOps toolchain, conducting security assessments of cloud infrastructure, implementing automated security testing and monitoring solutions, providing guidance on secure coding and configuration management, and staying updated with the latest security threats and trends.
