Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain integration with various systems and applications
Configure SailPoint IIQ components such as provisioning policies, role-based access controls, and certifications
Implement identity lifecycle management processes
Debug and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementations
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
Design the overall architecture for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations
Define integration strategies with other IAM tools and enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Ensure best practices in SailPoint IIQ implementation and development
Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements
Implement governance processes for identity and access management
Optimize system performance and scalability
Conduct regular reviews of the architecture to ensure alignment with business goals
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives
Present architectural designs and strategies to stakeholders
Oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects
Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution
Leverage global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets
Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure delivery meets security and compliance standards
