Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in Sentinel SIEM and KQL queries. A strong understanding of cloud security principles, experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions, and knowledge of security compliance standards and regulations are required. The role also requires hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, proficiency in Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Azure Monitor, and experience with data analytics, machine learning, and threat intelligence. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Security Architect will define and document the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance goals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Microsoft Sentinel architecture, integrating Sentinel with various data sources, and developing custom connectors. The role involves configuring incident response workflows, collaborating with security operations teams, and providing training. Additionally, the Security Architect will monitor and optimize Sentinel performance, develop custom dashboards and reports, and ensure seamless integration of Logic Apps with Azure Sentinel. They will also be responsible for maintaining Sentinel workspaces, optimizing their performance and security, and developing reports for security metrics. The role requires conducting regular assessments and audits for compliance with security policies and standards.
