Requirements

Candidates should possess effective planning and accurate task execution abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Project management experience is advantageous, as is a self-motivated, curious, and positive team-oriented outlook. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or Business Objects are beneficial. Experience in Securities Lending, Financing, or adjacent markets is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Securities Lending Product Manager will lead primary fund onboarding due diligence and oversight for EMEA and APAC funds. They will also lead collateral, counterparty, and market structure initiatives, support senior team members on strategic initiatives, and provide monthly leadership reporting and ad hoc data analysis. The role involves providing thought leadership on the evolution of the Securities Lending market in APAC and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
