Requirements

  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation covering weekends (Saturday 5:00 a.m. – Sunday 5:00 p.m. local time) and country holidays to support 'follow the sun' model across Kuala Lumpur, Cork, and U.S. IAM teams
  • Ability to resolve priority IAM requests during on-call duties
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on Authentication services
  • Knowledge of day-to-day operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution related to IAM
  • Awareness of latest developments in IAM technologies, security threats, and regulatory changes
  • Technical leadership skills for escalations and serving as an escalation point for team members
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operation Manager, Service Leads, other Technical Leads) to maintain compliance, address risks, and enhance IAM program

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing identity operation engineers
  • Provide coaching, career development, performance management, and professional growth opportunities
  • Foster a culture focused on innovation, continuous learning, and operational discipline

  • Provide technical leadership in execution and processes for escalations, incident management, change management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement for 24/7 services
  • Continuously monitor IAM authentication systems' performance and health to ensure optimal operation
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent issues
  • Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to restore services
