Seasonal Retail Sales - Arrowhead Crossing Rack at Nordstrom

The pay range is $16.60 - $17.30 hourly, with offers dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

This is an on-site retail sales position at Arrowhead Crossing Rack, requiring presence in a fast-paced store environment to assist customers, manage fitting rooms, and maintain the sales floor.

Required qualities include enthusiasm and a sense of adventure, accountability and initiative, organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, staying calm in a busy environment, and solid math, verbal, and written communication skills. A flexible schedule based on business needs is also essential.
