Requirements
- Ability to work any weekday/weekend between 6am - 9pm (part-time, seasonal)
- Proficiency in using a digital handheld device (e.g., RF scanner) to locate, pick, and verify merchandise
- Safe navigation of a large picking cart around the club, including during club hours
- Capability for frequent lifting of merchandise
- Skills in using pallet jack or other material handling equipment to move pallets
- Ability to assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders in a safe, damage-free manner
- Commitment to club policies, procedures, compliance, honesty, integrity, safety, inclusion, diversity, teamwork, speed, agility, innovation, and maintaining a friendly/positive attitude
- Understanding of production/financial performance reporting and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean)
Responsibilities
- Pick and ship orders to members' homes and businesses using a digital handheld device to locate merchandise from the selling floor
- Safely navigate picking cart around the club, including during operating hours
- Assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders securely to prevent damage
- Move pallets of supplies using pallet jack or material handling equipment
- Assist with loading UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrapping pallets
- Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly using handheld scanner to verify merchandise
- Build boxes and shrink wrap packages
- Support flawless execution, accountability, member-focused service, concern resolution/escalation, and a safe/positive environment
- Maintain clean and organized SFC Area and deliver GOLD club standards daily (e.g., Grand Opening Look)
- Work as a team to achieve goals and ensure service excellence at all member contact points
