Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous grain operations experience preferred
- Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver’s license preferred
- Minimal job-related experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends during high-demand periods
- Ability to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
- Ability to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures (including dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces)
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks
- Operate grain handling and receiving equipment
- Provide customer service to drivers and perform data entry of shipment details
- Monitor equipment and processes to identify issues; resolve or escalate issues when necessary
- Operate various types of mobile equipment
- Assist with the movement of railcars
- Perform general housekeeping activities
- Complete all responsibilities in compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures
