Requirements

Highly skilled and strategic in SEO
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Oncrawl, Siteimprove)
Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Tableau, Looker Studio, Bing Webmaster Tools)
Ability to lead SEO projects in a global digital ecosystem across multiple websites, regions, and business units
Expertise in technical SEO & GEO strategies, including site audits, crawl/indexation/performance issues, redirects, robots.txt, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, hreflang, site architecture, internal linking, URL structures, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing
Knowledge of algorithm updates, emerging technologies (e.g., AI impact), and industry trends
Ability to present SEO requirements/recommendations to developers and business partners
Capability to scope and execute SEO improvement projects
Skills in consulting and educating diverse audiences on SEO & GEO benefits and strategies in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

Partner with web development, UX, and business partners to integrate SEO into site builds, migrations, maintenance, redesigns, and retirement
Work with business partners to identify/explain SEO & GEO strategies, execute keyword research and competitive analysis, execute content initiatives, and deliver actionable insights
Leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms for insights and monitoring site health, crawl stats, and index coverage
Create dashboards and reports to communicate performance and opportunities to teams and stakeholders
Develop and provide requirements/recommendations for enterprise-level technical SEO & GEO strategies across global web properties
Lead site audits (or leverage third-party audits) to identify and action crawl, indexation, and performance issues
Manage requirements, testing, validation, and implementation of redirects, partnering with business and development teams
Consult/provide requirements for testing/validation of robots.txt, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, hreflang, and other technical SEO needs
Consult/provide requirements/recommendations for site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures
Ensure compliance with Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing
Troubleshoot technical SEO issues, identify solutions, and provide impact reports
Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends (e.g., AI evolution)
Develop and enforce SEO governance, standards, and documentation
