Requirements

Candidates should possess a total of 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in test automation development or as an SDET, demonstrating a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Experience working with Web Services, such as JSON or REST/gRPC/RPC/XML, is required, along with a deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability challenges, multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing technologies. Familiarity with Kubernetes and experience with services running in that environment is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The SDET III will contribute to existing tools and frameworks, plan and design automated test suites, increase automated test coverage, improve release quality and velocity, analyze product designs for flaws and improvements, improve and maintain automated cloud infrastructure on AWS, validate and verify the integration of platform systems, services, data, and applications, validate and verify customer-facing features end-to-end, leverage new open source solutions to build testing tools, and participate in engineering efforts to transform prototypes into core services. They will also brainstorm, define, and build collaboratively with multiple teams.
