Responsibilities

  • Set up and facilitate ceremonies for the team (Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Demo, Retro)
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of ceremonies and improve them, working with Product Owner and team
  • Understand principles of "Flow" and getting work items "done", embedding this in the team
  • Remove impediments quickly and help the team address issues, maintaining a view on flow
  • Support the team during BRP, ensuring flow and right outcomes, preparing them ahead with pre-work
  • Work alongside Senior Product Manager supporting internal business systems train (Platform Engineering and Database Teams)
  • Plan work, unblock issues, keep team focused on priorities, protect from interruptions
  • Triage support requests through the sprint and distribute across teams
  • Support delivery and capacity planning, creating short and longer-term team plans and resource allocations
  • Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to secure project commitments and resources
  • Speak to business stakeholders and foster support from development teams
