Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. They should have experience piloting Agile projects and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities

The Scrum Master will prepare and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, animate these ceremonies, track team activity via JIRA Tempo, prepare and conduct weekly meetings, and follow up on action items from retrospectives. They will also assist with story refinement, ensure the proper execution of the Scrum method, and involve all team members to the maximum extent possible.
