Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Jira and Confluence for team coordination and visibility

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide teams in Agile best practices and remove blockers to enable high performance and continuous improvement
  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple technical workstreams
  • Track and report progress, manage risks, identify interdependencies, and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with product owners, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Execute on assigned tasks with a moderate level of autonomy
  • Collaborate and team extremely effectively
  • Coordinate across teams and functions without direct reporting lines
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence and lead tough conversations when needed — always with professionalism and empathy
  • Actively seek interlocks and ensure no dependency or issue is left unresolved
  • Possess a strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical constraints
  • Engage in discussions with engineering and technical leadership to drive clarity and unblock teams
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and impactful project and program documentation
  • Develop executive-level presentations that articulate project status, risks, roadmaps, and outcomes
  • Maintain Confluence pages for team activities, delivery updates, process documentation, and key decisions
  • Communicate regularly with leadership, ensuring transparency and confidence in program execution
  • Always seek ways to add value to the program, team, and business objectives
  • Be a relentless advocate for delivery excellence, team accountability, and alignment to GM's mission
  • Stay prepared and informed to step in and make decisions that keep progress on track
