Applicants should have a Masters with 0-4 years experience or a PhD in a life sciences field (submitted within the last one year) with a strong focus on molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology or biochemistry.
Thorough knowledge in immunology and flow cytometry workflows, experience in cell sorting (added advantage), and working knowledge of molecular biology workflows including high-throughput cloning, PCRs, plasmid construction, and data analysis tools like FlowJo, FCSExpress, and GraphPad Prism.
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule in a laboratory setting and office environment.
The antibody team focuses on engineering and development of antibodies, emphasizing reagent quality and specificity through design, development, purification, conjugation, and testing in immunoassay applications using innovative tools.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a self-starter excellent at learning new concepts, with strong oral and written communication skills, ability to troubleshoot scientifically, and be an excellent teammate who works well with diverse colleagues.
