Requirements

  • BS with advanced graduate degree in public health or certifications in HEOR-related specializations, PharmD, MD, PhD Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with PBMs, Payers, and Organized customers
  • Preferred training experience of field HEOR/medical teams
  • Experience working in customer-facing field roles
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated strength in project management and ability to manage numerous complex project timelines and priorities involving multiple internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience with AI use for learning process improvement a plus
  • Collaborates effectively and applies innovative approaches/technologies to deliver projects within agreed upon timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, MS Teams, and demonstrated ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new processes/systems
  • Experience with Veeva systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Access matrix team and home office HEOR on Cross-TA initiatives, communications, and business needs to assist in the development of strategy and plans for fHEOR scientific and access capabilities
  • Ensures training plan for fHEOR & Account Executive teams is organized, working with market access to execute individual team trainings, marketing touchpoints, and ad-hoc sessions
  • Participates in the development of training plans for prioritized launch products and RWE methods
  • Conducts certifications for fHEOR to enhance development of expertise in therapeutic and RWE methods areas in anticipation of prioritized launches and HEOR/Access initiatives
  • Understands the evolving US healthcare landscape and provides strategic insights summaries to matrix BMS stakeholders
  • Understands fHEOR & Account Executive strategies, key objectives, needs, and challenges around field facing capabilities; provides expertise to help design strategies to optimize learning systems use, insight reporting, and capability execution by fHEOR team, facilitating stakeholder decision-making; and where possible, proactively anticipating external stakeholders' needs
  • Manages fHEOR tool effectiveness evaluations facilitating updates, revisions and discontinuations
  • Tracks and evaluates fHEOR & Account Executive tool utilization to ensure appropriate resource use
  • Works closely with fHEOR therapeutic area leads to ensure the matrix needs for each indication are met from a fHEOR perspective (FIRE calls, home office matrix collaborations, PREP reviews, etc.)
  • Develops and maintains in consultation with therapeutic area (TA) leads core communication platforms (elevator pitches); identifies and leverages digital innovation and trends for fHEOR & Account Executives to optimize the use of technology and implementation of processes
  • Collaborates with internal BMS stakeholders to implement and manage training processes, reporting, and analytics
