Responsibilities

Establish and efficiently manage caseloads per supervisory guidelines
Offer prevention, intervention, and support services to identified students to reduce barriers and enhance academic achievements
Participate in client staffing, establish treatment goals/objectives per Burrell guidelines, and manage assigned cases
Provide swift aid during emotional crises, ensuring immediate student support and care
Provide or coordinate thorough follow-up services for all clients, ensuring continuity of care
Collaborate with school counselors to coordinate student support and facilitate access to community resources
Conduct clinical assessments and deliver interventions to students/families at school sites
Serve as a liaison, enabling seamless coordination of care for all family members
