Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing individualized assistance in accessing necessary mental health services and completing daily living tasks, while advocating for their best interests
  • Connect clients with various community agencies and resources, offering ongoing social, vocational, educational, and recreational support and activities to foster personal growth and independence
