Responsibilities

Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of scheduling systems, data, and processes
Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fulfill open project demands
Manage resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise
Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners (Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, and Region Scheduling Lead)
