Responsibilities

  • Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
  • Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
  • Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of scheduling systems, data, and processes
  • Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
  • Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
  • Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fulfill open project demands
  • Manage resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners (Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, and Region Scheduling Lead)
