The position requires experience analyzing harmful interference between satellite systems, knowledge of NGSO systems and orbital mechanics, and expertise in MATLAB/Python. Deep knowledge of Radio Regulations, Rules of Procedure, and ITU-R Recommendations is also essential.
The position reports to the Director of Regulatory and Market Access and works closely with technical leads across the organization and regional market access directors.
A strong candidate has expert experience in interference analysis between satellite networks, deep knowledge of ITU Radio Regulations and procedures, and proficiency in MATLAB/Python for co-existence studies.
