Requirements

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP consulting and team leadership (modules such as PP, QM, MM, or FI/CO)
Proven experience managing SAP project teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
Strong knowledge of SAP project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum, SAP Activate)
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
Location: Lima (on site)
Minimum +8 years of experience

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the SAP consulting team, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely project delivery
Oversee the management and prioritization of SAP-related projects, enhancements, and support activities
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements
Ensure the translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications
Coordinate with SAP developers, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality and information security standards
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Support the professional development of the SAP team through training and knowledge sharing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal KPIs
