Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
  • Strong understanding and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Specialized knowledge in payroll processes and compliance requirements (implied for ideal candidate)
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central Payroll

Responsibilities

  • Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
  • Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
  • Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices
  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions (implied from role focus)
