Requirements

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Strong understanding and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Specialized knowledge in payroll processes and compliance requirements (implied for ideal candidate)
Nice-to-have: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central Payroll

Responsibilities

Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions (implied from role focus)
