Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience
  • Experience in SAP S4 BRIM, specifically focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA
  • Experience in working on Corporate Credit, BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms, and Adobe forms
  • Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications using direct connectivity and middleware solutions
  • Exposure to Data Migration and automated testing tools
  • Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM, specifically focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA
  • Provide training and support to end-users, creating user manuals and training materials
  • Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables
  • Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Work with multiple teams across the globe and manage resources from multiple vendors, ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of project deliverables
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to users in SAP BRIM
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to align SAP BRIM with overall business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience
  • Translate requirements, provide guidance to developers and support teams, and support business enhancements and strategic initiatives
