Experience in SAP S4 BRIM, specifically focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA
Experience in working on Corporate Credit, BITS creation, Billing, Invoicing, Smart forms, and Adobe forms
Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM CI with external applications using direct connectivity and middleware solutions
Exposure to Data Migration and automated testing tools
Exposure to ServiceNow and Jira (desirable)

Responsibilities

Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM, specifically focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA
Provide training and support to end-users, creating user manuals and training materials
Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables
Customize SAP S4 BRIM solutions to meet specific business requirements
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Work with multiple teams across the globe and manage resources from multiple vendors, ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of project deliverables
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to users in SAP BRIM
Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to align SAP BRIM with overall business objectives
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience
Translate requirements, provide guidance to developers and support teams, and support business enhancements and strategic initiatives
