Requirements

8+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA and RISE implementations
Expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), or other relevant modules
SAP S/4HANA or RISE certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud deployment models and integration tools (SAP BTP, CPI) (preferred)
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for core business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to capture requirements, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions
Develop functional design specifications for configurations, enhancements, and integrations
Define target business processes aligned with SAP best practices and organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and data privacy regulations
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Work closely with data migration, integration, and change management teams to ensure solution integrity
Support testing strategy, scenario development, and defect resolution
Drive user training, change management, and go-live readiness
