Requirements

  • 8+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA and RISE implementations
  • Expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), or other relevant modules
  • SAP S/4HANA or RISE certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment models and integration tools (SAP BTP, CPI) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for core business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to capture requirements, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions
  • Develop functional design specifications for configurations, enhancements, and integrations
  • Define target business processes aligned with SAP best practices and organizational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and data privacy regulations
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Work closely with data migration, integration, and change management teams to ensure solution integrity
  • Support testing strategy, scenario development, and defect resolution
  • Drive user training, change management, and go-live readiness
